Her dad is Prakash Padukone who is a legendary badminton player. He brought a lot of pride to India in the field of Badminton. Her mom's name is Ujjala who is a travel agent. Her parents belong to the Konkan area of India. Sports was given a lot of importance in her family since the beginning. That's the reason, Deepika's younger sister Anisha became a golfer.
